An experiential review of Tingaland, an indoor play area for toddlers and kids.
All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy. Isn’t it? With the changing times when we don’t feel safe sending our kids to the outdoor play areas and playgrounds, the indoor play areas are turning out to be as fun and adventurous. It’s no denying the fact that indoor play areas are booming.
Well, in all honesty, there’s no denying the fact that outdoor play is always better. However, with rising pollution and neighborhood crimes, play areas that are as enjoyable as an outdoor playground are more preferred by parents nowadays and there are many reasons for that.
We had a great time visiting one such place in Noida called Tingaland. This play zone is located at The Starling Mall, Sector 104, Noida. It’s a place buzzing with adventure for kids.
Tingaland is the only unwired place where kids are not exposed to screens by any means. The kids are learning through fun with no-technology activities to do for their intellectual and social development. This place has been perfectly designed to engage them in an interesting and imaginative playway.
Tingaland is an aesthetically planned play space for children that integrates learning and fun together with a lot of adrenaline rush. With a carefully designed play area of 3000 square foot, it makes for a great indoor place for toddlers and kids from age group 2 to 10 years.
With the theme of experiential learning, Tingaland – a magical land is conceptualised around various fun zones facilitated with safe and free play for kids, nurturing their creativity and imagination.

The indoor play area is mainly divided into two sections – toddlers (2 – 5 years) and kids (3 – 10 years). The toddler section of Tingaland is baby proofed, have cushioned flooring, have support staff in every area and kids also feel safe running around. They fall and bump here and there without getting seriously injured.
The section meant for older kids has an indoor zip line, two slides, multiple swings and ample place for kids to run and jump around. The support staff is always attentive and there to help out the kids.
The main attraction is an indoor wall for wall climbing. The kids are made to wear a harness for climbing by a trained staff member who also guides and helps the kids climbing the wall.
Equipped with a plethora of games and activities to keep kids engaged and entertained, Tingaland also spaces Tinga Cafe for birthday and party celebrations.
There is a parents’ lounge where the parents can relax while the kids play. The in-house cafe has a lot of kid-friendly food options to choose from.
Overall, we had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. My daughter had so much fun that she has been asking me to take her to Tingaland again; which I surely will. If you are in Noida or nearby, don’t forget to take your kids there.
