Four slugs – Arlo, Benny, Ricky and Bob are best friends.
Today is Arlo’s birthday. He has invited his friends to his sluggish birthday party. The slugs are excited.
Arlo wore his birthday cap and started waiting for his slug friends.
Benny took his backpack and left for the party.
Ricky wore his smart hat and left for the party.
Bob wore his bright cape and left for the party.
They started crawling but they are slugs, afterall.
Benny couldn’t carry his backpack. He took it off. He stopped to rest and slept.
Ricky’s head started itching. He took off his hat. He stopped to rest and slept.
Bob’s cape flew with the wind. He became sad. He stopped to rest and slept.
Arlo became hungry. He ate his cake and everything else. He sat on the sofa and slept.
The four slugs who wanted to party could not because they slept.
