Self Care and Staying Healthy During Quarantine – it probably sounds weird. But trust me, it’s not! And before I move further, l would like to emphasise that taking care of ourselves is as important as taking care of our families – quarantine or not!
Every year I do an Instagram campaign called “31 Shades of Pretty Me” that is primarily focussed on self love and self care. So, this year I am going to extend the idea and write on the subject for the entire month for April for A to Z Challenge.

When I registered myself for A to Z Challenge this year, not in my wildest dream I had thought that I’ll be taking up this task during the quarantine. I am based in India and starting today, our country is under lockdown for the next 21 days. So, I figured why not write about self care and staying healthy during this difficult time. Maybe spread some positivity and also stay positive!

Quarantine is a tough time for all of us globally. However, with some self care and conscious efforts to stay healthy, we can stay calm and positive. As women, the whole responsibility of family is on us and it’s very natural that they become our priority and we forgive ourselves.
I have chosen “Self Care and Staying Healthy” as my theme for A to Z Challenge in 2020. I hope I help spread some good vibes and remind you how important self care is. Also maybe, just maybe, help you guys feel good about yourselves and keep self doubt at bay.
