Monkey Business – Where Work Becomes Child’s Play

Hey pretty mummas!! I was recently invited to the launch of Asia’s first and one-of-its-kind coworking and coplay space in Gurgaon called as Monkey Business. It’s a shared coworking space that provides onsite childcare as well. It has a kids’ play zone that has experienced nannies watching over kids, a nap area, a feeding and diaper changing room. Spread over 3000 sq ft of area, Monkey Business is a haven where Young Parents and especially Moms of small kids can concentrate on work while their child plays and learns in the kid’s area. It’s located in the most premium South Point Mall on Golf Course Road.

The kids’ area is well equipped with lot of puzzles, games, toys, a ball pit and pretend play games. This place is ideal for kids upto 6 years of age. The membership here can be availed on monthly basis. They are also planning to come up with a reading nook for children with exciting books.

I was mighty impressed by their staff who were paying thorough attention to my kids in the play zone. While my kids were having fun, I absolutely enjoyed watching Qissebaazi, an enthralling story and poetry narration by acclaimed Dastango Artist Danish Husain. It was conducted in the work space that got converted into a huge hall that’s perfect for holding small events and workshops.

All in all, it’s an ideal place for moms who are looking to get back to work and need a space where their kids can be taken care of and they can work. Take a look at the pictures and you’ll know what I am talking about.
